The Appraisal Foundation, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Successfully completed a 15-hour course and examination of USPAP, the congressionally recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation. Completed in Feb. 2008, effective through Feb. 2013.
